John Panchery - Senior Vice President, Senior Consultant

John Panchery is a proven Risk Management Consultant with specialized skills in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery Planning, Business Impact Analysis, Succession Planning, Information Security, Regulatory Reporting, Financial Operations, Technology, large scale Project Management, and System Consolidation. In addition to the skills mentioned above,

 

John has worked for SIA/SIFMA.org, the financial industry's Trade Association on very large international projects.  At the association, he was often called upon to address certain topics to the press and at events via radio, business TV news, and conferences.  Prior, he held senior management positions for Broker / Dealers in Technology, Business Continuity, and Trade Support. J

 

John has held “Secret” level clearance with the US Department of Treasury and was a key participant in orchestrating the recovery effort to reopen the financial markets after the attacks of September 11 and the NYC blackouts. This led to ongoing initiatives to provide continuity strategies for this industry.

 

As a result of 9/11, he created and coordinated several Business Continuity Committees to prepare for future events and ensure compliance with Federal and State associated regulations (FFIEC, FINRA, SEC, FED and Trading Markets).  These procedures are still in place today.  Coordination efforts included industry testing, capacity planning, cross border interfaces, contingency planning, and risk management.  

Francis Covington, MBA, CMO - Senior Executive Consultant

Francis Covington is a Senior Information Technology Executive who has led strategic teams through tremendous success throughout his entire career. Joining Continuity Dynamics in the early stages, Francis has brought a diverse background which includes: Working as a Special Agent within the Department of Justice, a Regional Director with IBM, A Regional Director with SunGard and Vice President with Comdisco Disaster Recovery Services, and a Vice President Francis Covington with Seagate Technologies. Francis will oversee marketing at all levels and ensure that we are addressing the challenges in the ever-growing “Business Continuity” industry.

 

Francis has expertise in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, COOP and COG Planning, and Development Software.  In addition, Francis manages our HIPAA and Active shooter Training programs.

Ralph Petti, MBCI, CBCP, Consultant -At Large

Ralph Petti is a frequent speaker at industry events, delivering at times a sobering assessment of disasters past, present, and future intertwined with references to historical events. He also defines the pre-requisite need for

He is supported by a global team of BCM & COOP specialists covering all facets of business continuity planning advisory, analytics & consulting, including HIPAA, OSHA, Security, Fire, Finance, HR, Transportation & Logistics, Information Technology, etc.

 

As someone who has visited the Gulf Region over 25 times in volunteer and support capacities since Hurricane Katrina, Mr. Petti has been featured on FOX Business News, ABC News, Comcast Cable and other media outlets and has had articles published in The Washington Post, The Times Picayune News, Gannett Publishing and other regional papers. He also served as the Kickoff Speaker at local Hurricane Preparedness Seminars in Louisiana and has received a letter of acknowledgment from U.S. Sen. Mary Landrieu for his support of the region and his efforts to educate their communities.

Donald Whitworth - Strategic Planning Consultant

 Donald H. Whitworth has over four decades of executive, managerial and supervisory experience – including being a “key” participant in activities ranging from comprehensive research and complex analysis of reports, operations, and fiscal matters.  This experience is within both the private sector (automotive manufacturing) and the public sector (government administration); as well as, the financial services arena.

 

His experience includes planning, administering and compliance to budgets, as well as preparing, reviewing and monitoring budgets.  Additional experience includes analyzing and forecasting costs and expenditures.  In further addition are the planning and successful execution of the transfer of substantial assets, equipment, personnel, and materials – both cross-continental and internationally.

 

Additional managerial and executive experience includes Development, preparation, training and review of procedures; and, hiring, staffing, training and development of personnel.  All of the aforementioned accomplished within multi-cultured, internationally-diverse and cross-functional (departmental and divisional) environments).

 

Mr. Whitworth is continually involved in local and civic activities.  He is also served as a U.S. Air Force veteran, having served During the Viet Nam era.

Jack Coleman - Regional Director

Jack Coleman - With a background in safety and industrial lighting, Mr. Coleman has had a diverse background in marketing and client support for many years.  Having been an Ambassador for a major Chamber of Commerce, Jack has also been active in Facilities Management (IFM) and Building and Contracting associations (ABC).  Since joining Continuity Dynamics, Jack has been focused on supporting our his clients and conducting business continuity planning.  He is currently leading a global marketing effort spanning 91 countries for a major association to provide business continuity and risk management solutions.
