John has held “Secret” level clearance with the US Department of Treasury and was a key participant in orchestrating the recovery effort to reopen the financial markets after the attacks of September 11 and the NYC blackouts. As a result of 9/11, he created and coordinated several Business Continuity Committees to prepare for future events and ensure compliance with Federal and State associated regulations (FFIEC, FINRA, SEC, FED and Trading Markets). These procedures are still in place today. Coordination efforts included industry testing, capacity planning, cross border interfaces, contingency planning, and risk management.

Joining Continuity Dynamics in the early stages, Francis has brought a diverse background which includes: Working as a Special Agent within the Department of Justice, a Regional Director with IBM, A Regional Director with SunGard and Vice President with Comdisco Disaster Recovery Services, and a Vice President Francis Covington with Seagate Technologies. Donald Whitworth - Strategic Planning Consultant
Donald H. Whitworth has over four decades of executive, managerial and supervisory experience – including being a “key” participant in activities ranging from comprehensive research and complex analysis of reports, operations, and fiscal matters. This experience is within both the private sector (automotive manufacturing) and the public sector (government administration); as well as, the financial services arena.
His experience includes planning, administering and compliance to budgets, as well as preparing, reviewing and monitoring budgets. Additional experience includes analyzing and forecasting costs and expenditures. In further addition are the planning and successful execution of the transfer of substantial assets, equipment, personnel, and materials – both cross-continental and internationally.
Additional managerial and executive experience includes Development, preparation, training and review of procedures; and, hiring, staffing, training and development of personnel. All of the aforementioned accomplished within multi-cultured, internationally-diverse and cross-functional (departmental and divisional) environments).
Mr. Whitworth is continually involved in local and civic activities. He is also served as a U.S. Air Force veteran, having served During the Viet Nam era.

Michael Clinchard, ABCP - has been a Program Leader for the Federal Government in working for the FBI and Department of Energy. In the private sector, Michael has worked at IBM and other firms and has been earned an Associate Business Continuity Practitioner designation from the Disaster Recovery International group. A leader in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, COOP and COGs Planning, he is also experienced in tabletop exercises and call trees and writing COOP Plans. He has also served in leadership roles with the MADRA group (Mid-Atlantic Disaster Recovery Association) and ACP (Association of Continuity Professionals) member groups.

Having been an Ambassador for a major Chamber of Commerce, Jack has also been active in Facilities Management (IFM) and Building and Contracting associations (ABC). Since joining Continuity Dynamics, Jack has been focused on supporting our his clients and conducting business continuity planning. He is currently leading a global marketing effort spanning 91 countries for a major association to provide business continuity and risk management solutions.
